Holly is providing consultancy support to The Food Foundation. She is a AfN Registered Nutritionist with over a decade of experience working across food policy, research, and advocacy. She has led high-impact work in civil society organisations including ShareAction and Action on Sugar, focusing on improving food environments and tackling the commercial determinants of health. Her work has spanned policy development, research translation, and strategic campaigning, with a particular interest in how corporate practices shape public health outcomes.
Sophia joined The Food Foundation in May 2026 as Public Affairs Lead. Prior to joining us, she worked at Cancer Research UK, where she led engagement with parliamentarians to help secure the passage of the Tobacco and Vapes Act. She holds a BA in Politics, Sociology and Eastern European Studies from UCL. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys knitting, reading, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with her friends.
Myles is founder and CEO of Bremner & Co working with governments, NGOs, and academia to make the food system better and fairer. As former director of the government's School Food Plan, he led the transformation of food culture in schools. He has advised the Jamie Oliver Group, served as chief executive of Garden Organic for six years, and held trustee positions at Sustain and the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. He is actively involved in research, campaigning and advocacy for children’s school food policy as part of England's School Food Review. Myles has a special interest in looking at how effective governance, funding and accountability can improve the system.
