Pod Bites: Brighton's changing food story
A new food festival aims to challenge the way we think about what we eat.
BrightonFoodStory, starting on October 2, will bring together chefs, food writers, local producers and citizens to debate how the city can combat the growing threat of climate change and improve our health.
It's been founded by award-winning food journalist Gilly Smith, who explains more on our latest podcast.
