Food Ambassadors in Child Poverty Taskforce plea

The government's newly created Child Poverty Taskforce must ensure the voices of children and parents are heard as part of its work.

That's the message from a group of our Food Ambassadors from across the UK who have written to co-chairs Education Secretary Bridget Philipson and Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall.

The campaigners, who have suffered food poverty or food insecurity say it is essential everyone can afford - and have access to - a healthy and sustainable diet.
