Pod Bites: What communities can teach us about food
What can communities can teach us about the future of food?
That's what 30 citizens with lived experience of food systems have been finding out after visiting four regions across the UK.
The work is part of the What Works Here Inquiries, co-ordinated by DEFRA, which will feed into the government's new Food Strategy. Mhari Brown, Head of Food Futures at the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission, explains more in our latest podcast.
