Pod Bites: Can Recipe Boxes improve our diets?

A research study is underway exploring whether Recipe Boxes could give households with school-aged children access to more affordable healthy food.

The University of Cambridge is carrying the Randomised Control Trial, believed to be the first of its kind, with families in Birmingham.

So for this week's podcast we speak to Noah Cooke, of the university's MRC Epidemiology Unit, to find out more about this pioneering project.
