Plating Up Progress aims to demonstrate how sustainability and health metrics can and should be used to assess the UK food industry’s progress in transitioning to healthy, just, and sustainable food systems. The project has two objectives: 1) to build consensus on metrics and reporting mechanisms; and 2) to engage stakeholders to advance the uptake of those metrics and track progress in the industry.
