Peru's former Minister of Production Jose Luis Chicoma is credited with getting one of the biggest issues facing the food system at the top of the agenda in the his country.

So he was the perfect guest for the start of a new mini-series of webinars spotlighting inspiring food policy stories from around the world.

Mr Chicoma reflected on his efforts to improve access to affordability and healthy food and what his experiences can teach us here in the UK in conversation with Food Foundation Executive Director Anna Taylor.
