In this webinar we launched Plating Up Progress 2020: pathways for a healthy, just and sustainable food system amid a global pandemic.

The report is intended for investors, food businesses and policy makers. It maps the commitments, targets and performance reporting of 11 major UK supermarkets and 15 major UK-operating caterers, quick service and casual dining restaurant chains.

In this event our panelists discussed the key enablers that could ensure that an economic recovery from Covid-19 also drives a transition to healthy and sustainable food systems. The discussion covered the policy interventions that we need from government, business perspectives from the out of home and retail sector and insight from investors, followed by a Q+A session.
