Quick Bites: Why are so many families missing out on Healthy Start?

MP Emma-Lewell Buck speaks about the bill she raised in parliament to improve uptake of the NHS Healthy Start scheme amid reports more than 200,000 young children are missing out on access to nutritious food.

It comes as new data shows only two out of 533 constituencies in England meet the Government's target for uptake of these vouchers.
