‘Question Time’: Children’s Future Food Inquiry listening event

Fixers and the Food Foundation will invite the Children’s Future Food Inquiry committee, parliamentarians and key stakeholders to hear directly from young people about their lived experience of food poverty, and to ask questions about their solutions.

As part of the Children’s Future Food Inquiry, Fixers have conducted a series of workshops with 300 school aged children from disadvantaged communities in 13 regions across the UK. During these workshops the children have discussed their experience of eating at school, at home, their thoughts about food and health and about food and the media. The key conclusions will be included in a report which will be presented to the Inquiry committee at this ‘listening event’.
