Despite the well-established ‘five a day’ message, consumption of fruit and vegetables remains low, with more and more calories coming from processed foods high in fat, sugar and salt, and low in fibre. From farmers to retailers, public health professionals to restaurants – how can industry make it easier to eat more vegetables?
